Full name and country — collected during checkout, used for our own business records and customer support.
Payment information — processed entirely by our payment provider (Stripe, and where applicable Paystack or Flutterwave). We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number or banking details at any point.
Telegram username — collected only if you purchase the one-time tier that includes access to our private Telegram prediction channel, used solely to send your invite.

To provide and maintain your access to the Service
To generate and send your login PIN
To process payments and manage your subscription
To respond to support requests
To send you a Telegram invite, if applicable to your plan
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate the Service:
Stripe / Paystack / Flutterwave — for payment processing. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your payment data.
Vercel — for website hosting.
football-data.org / API-Football — for match statistics used to generate predictions. No personal user data is shared with these providers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 6).
5. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including rate-limiting on login attempts and never storing raw payment card data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@alaquant.com. Depending on your country of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law (e.g., GDPR, NDPR).
7. Children's Privacy
